    At Broadway, Project Managers coordinate diverse project activities across multiple teams to realize sophisticated customer-driven solutions.  Work directly with Broadway’s customers, software engineering teams, professional services teams and client services to manage and track large multi-phase projects.  Maintain and define project priorities in an agile and adaptive way as business goals evolve.  Be key central hub of information across teams creating new products and systems.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage software implementation and deployment project activities across groups, tracking requirements, deadlines and risks.
    • Develop and maintain project and staffing plans.
    • Define project milestones and track progress against those milestones.
    • Command and report upon project schedule, status, budget and progress.
    • Communicate with project stakeholders and participants, both internal and external.
    • Prioritize project activities and deliverables.
    • Adapt plans and help navigate project through unexpected circumstances.
    • Create and maintain project documentation and other artifacts.
    • Coordinate billable events and invoicing with revenue management department.

    Requirements

    • Experience managing software project with team sizes five or more.
    • Experience working directly with customers on software build or customization projects.
    • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
    • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Experience with projects involving front-office trading systems a plus.
