    Overview

     

    Broadway Technology is a leading provider of high-performance front-office financial trading solutions to the sell-side and buy-side, including 20 of the largest banks in the world. Broadway’s solutions cover the full spectrum of B2B and D2C workflows, including trading on aggregated markets, price formation and client distribution, algorithmic trading, automated hedging, risk and credit management, sales management, and regulatory compliance.

     

    Broadway is scaling its sales team to drive global expansion following major wins with top-tier banks. This salesperson will be responsible for expanding Broadway’s fixed income business across Europe, primarily focusing on top global and regional banks. The ideal candidate will find and cultivate on-target sales opportunities; accelerate growth in revenue, client base, market share, and geographical footprint across Europe; and facilitate long-term client partnerships that can be further developed over time.

     

    The position is based in London.

     

    Requirements:

    • In-depth knowledge of fixed income products and market structure, knowledge of foreign exchange a plus.
    • Broad, deep knowledge of the fixed income community.
    • Experience selling electronic solutions to clients, preferably for a software vendor and with hands-on software sales knowledge/understanding.
    • A successful track record of acquiring clients, growing revenue, and increasing market share on behalf of a financial services company.
    • Experience selling complex products/solutions to sophisticated institutional buyers.
    • Proven ability to interact with clients at senior levels, i.e. global heads of business, product and technology.
    • Preference for candidates with established clientele and networks within top global and regional banks across Europe.
    • Strong demonstrated skills in consultative sales, relationship management, negotiation, and closing sales.
    • Ability to build strong partnerships with internal teams, clients, and prospective clients.
    • Excellent presentation skills, strong oral and written communication skills.
