    Broadway Technology is a leading provider of high-performance front-office financial trading solutions to the sell-side and buy-side, including 20 of the largest banks in the world. Broadway’s solutions cover the full spectrum of B2B and D2C workflows, including trading on aggregated markets, price formation and client distribution, algorithmic trading, automated hedging, risk and credit management, sales management, and regulatory compliance.

     

    Broadway is expanding its sales team and adding a sales associate to the London team. The sales associate will be fundamental in providing scalability to the sales process and sales organization.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop direct relationships with current and prospective clients
    • Support enterprise sales efforts working independently and with support of our sales team. You will:
    • Stay close to prospective customers throughout our “high touch” sales process, including frequent in- person meetings
    • Organize and attend sales/client meetings; Identify “touch points” to elevate level of engagement with clients/prospects
    • Identify leads and convert to opportunities
    • Through research produce floor maps of clients and prospects, Identifying heads of desks and likely decision makers
    • Keep up to date with personnel changes within target prospects, and latest news
    • Represent Broadway at industry events & tradeshows
    • Produce (and in time present) high quality proposals, presentations, and other sales materials
    • Manage the RFP process and other collaborative sales activities
    • Maintain up to date information in CRM, report status, and escalate issues in a timely manner
    • Coordinate activity of Broadway’s team throughout the sales process
    • Organize frequent events, including business dinners and activities
    •  


    Requirements:

    • Entrepreneurial self-starter who enjoys working directly with clients/prospects
    • Minimum 50% of time interacting with clients/prospects, including entertainment
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills
    • Strong verbal and written communication
    • Microsoft office skills – Word, PowerPoint, Excel
    • Ability to understand business workflows and technical concepts
    • Comfortable working directly with traders and executives at financial institutions
    • Knowledge of fixed-income dealing/trading workflows
    • Existing industry relationships
    • Travel required
